הַכְרָזָהf. (כָּרַז) public announcement. Snh.26b ה׳ בב״ד announcement in court proclaiming a person disqualified as a witness. Ib. 89a צריכיןה׳ must be published, as to the nature of the crime for which they are to be executed. Deut. R. s. 11 ממונה על הה׳ appointed to announce the divine decrees.
